Four reception rooms give everyone space to be together or apart. The Garden Room is the star: big enough for all twelve of you to relax in comfort, with glass doors onto the terrace and garden.
The chef’s kitchen opens into the dining room, where everyone sits down at one table. The sun-drenched Conservatory, full of exotic plants, is made for long lunches or suppers, and the living room has a wood burner for cooler evenings.
Six bedrooms sleep twelve, including an accessible ground-floor king with level access to a step-free wet room.
Secure parking for up to five cars, though you won’t need the car once you’re here. No pets, so a spotless welcome.

History of
North Cottage Cromer
North Cottage was originally built as the schoolmaster’s house for the early 19th-century Cromer Boys’ Free School. When the school closed in 1895, wealthy Richard Hoare purchased the entire estate – the school building and schoolmaster’s house, nearby hunting lodge North Lodge and its stables. He paid £3,000 for all of it. He then set about extending North Cottage and more than doubled its size!
