An outstanding property in a fantastic location. The house is extensive and incredibly well-maintained, with high quality facilities and everything you may need. This is the best rented holiday accommodation I have experienced.

Amazing hosts couldn’t meet nicer people. The garden was beautiful & spacious. The home clean and comfortable with immaculate bedding, pristine bathrooms. Our whole family was able to enjoy the occasion that we would not have been able to do anywhere else. A true pleasure will definitely be coming back.

9 family members stayed and we had 3 other members join us for the day and still the house didn’t feel crowded. All rooms were very clean and well decorated. We would really recommend this house with a very short walk to the beach and shops. We didn’t want to leave. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Jerry and Andrea really are the most professional, friendly and helpful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities in the house were excellent and they even provided indoor and outdoor games. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is a fantastic house. It’s a beautiful, historic property in the middle of a park, right near the sea. It’s well equipped and feels homely, whilst being really spacious and elegant.

Spacious, modern and characterful house that surpassed expectations. Perfect for bigger groups, offered all the amenities we needed and was perfectly situated just 5 minutes from the beach, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Highly recommend for those who want a homely environment, where everyone in the group has a comfy seat. We managed to park 5 cars on the private gated driveway.

Absolutely loved staying here, Jerry and Andrea were super responsive and communicative; truly lovely hosts. They recommended a number of places to eat and also helped us plan a beach walking route for our group. The home itself is truly beautiful, garden areas are gorgeous, we especially loved the conservatory/garden room where our large group could actually gather together. The location is fantastic and we could walk to the beach and town centre easily. Perfect for our weekend away!

North Cottage exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully presented and immaculate in furnishings and amenities. The garden is a delight, and Jerry’s skill with potted plants is evident throughout the house. He and Andrea were exceptional hosts and their concern for our well-being was evident from first to last, even remotely turning on the heating when the temperature dropped over the weekend.

We adore this house and garden. The Owners are wonderful, location fantastic. This house will forever be part of our families’ memories. We travel every year from the Pacific Northwest (USA) to stay here.

North Cottage comfortably housed our large family group (9 months to 60 yrs) and both the enclosed garden and the large summer room were wonderful spaces in which we could all gather. It had everything we could possibly wish for and Jerry and Andrea were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Location is great, a couple of minutes walk away from the beach but still feels secluded. All bedrooms were very clean and we had plenty of space for all of us.

The ideal place to stay with friends in the centre of Cromer just minutes from the beach. The garden is beautifully maintained with plenty of outdoor seating. All bedrooms are very spacious, perfect for 12 adults, the kitchen has all amenities you could need and the living areas have more than enough seating for everyone. Jerry and Andrea are the loveliest hosts, super helpful and friendly. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay over New Year with our family. The cottage is beautiful with everything you need. Very clean. Lovely garden and in the best location for Cromer with the Red Lion restaurant around the corner. Walking distance to the pier, arcades, shops, bars, restaurants. Ample parking for 5 cars. Will definitely be staying again!

We had the best stay! We were a large group celebrating a birthday. Jerry and Andrea were unbelievably helpful and accommodating to us. The property was outstanding. Great to be able to park up and explore the town and beach on foot. We had everything we needed and space for everyone.

Location was perfect, garden ideal for small kids to play in, loads of games inside and out, 2 minute walk to beach and pub. Will definitely return!

The Garden Room was our favourite room in the Cottage. The Cottage is very well equipped and very clean. A thoroughly enjoyable stay for us all. We would love to visit again. Jerry and Andrea are excellent hosts.

We all absolutely loved our stay at North Cottage. Andrea and Jerry were brilliant hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The house and the garden are beautiful, and it was fantastic for the breadth of our age ranges of our family – from 3 years to 90 years old.

Fantastic position for enjoying Cromer. Very quiet and tucked away yet a short walk from the action and beach. We stayed as a group of three families with young children and never once felt crowded, with the large sitting room brilliant for absorbing children.

The house is beautifully presented, extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. The garden is lovely to explore and so well thought out with additional seating areas to sit back and relax admiring the beautiful plants and flowers. The location is brilliant.

Our group of Mums had a fantastic stay, the house and garden are beautiful, with so much space for our group. I wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely amazing venue run by an even more amazing couple. We went at the end of March for my 30th birthday with friends and family. The owners met us when arrived to give us a tour of the house and gave us some recommendations for what places to go and eat at. The house is much larger than the pictures give credit for. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to large groups.

Accommodation was very warm and welcoming, with immaculate decoration and extremely clean. Location is excellent with plenty of safe parking within the grounds. An easy and nice 2 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants.

This is a spectacular place to stay! We were there for a special family celebration weekend. There was plenty of room, so many different places to sit and chat, prepare food and spend time together in a luxurious setting. It was warm and comfortable, spacious and homely. We loved it.

Beautiful cottage short walk from beach and shops. Plenty of room for 3 generations of family. The grandchildren loved having their own TV room. Beds were comfy, plenty of seating in the 2 lounges and sun room. Would recommend this house.

Accurately described charming house, very clean, beautifully decorated, great facilities, ample parking, gorgeous location. We were a family of ten aged between 4 and 70, it made for a perfect week’s holiday in Cromer. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

The house is extremely well kept and the personal touches put in by Jerry and Andrea made this a really special place to stay. There was a very high degree of cleanliness throughout the property and the communication and helpfulness of the owners was excellent throughout the week.

North Cottage is an amazing place to stay. Spacious for 2 families to come together but also have a bit of space when needed. Beautifully kept and equipped. Great location, with beach, amusement arcades, cliff top walks and a lovely pub all within a couple of minutes walk. We will return!

The location is just fabulous at 5 minutes walk from both Cromer beach and the town centre. Jerry & Andrea were incredibly warm and helpful upon arrival and easy to reach by phone throughout the whole week when we had a question. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of space for even the maximum occupancy of 12.

4 generations of our family stayed at North Cottage at the beginning of August and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect with being so close to beach and the town, catering for both the young and elderly legs!

A fantastic house for a break in Norfolk and comfortably accommodated three families. Spacious, incredibly well equipped and meticulously clean. Great, safe outdoor space for children and the table football was a winner.

We have just returned from a great week – 2 families with 6 kids under 10. This is a wonderful house, very spacious, elegantly decorated and with a huge, safe space for the kids to run around in and occupy themselves (when not at the beach). All the delights of Cromer are a couple of minutes away in one direction, as is the beach in the other. Jerry and Andrea were superb hosts, very attentive and great communicators throughout.

This house is absolutely wonderful combining big open spaces to gather and cosy spaces to sit quietly. The quality of everything in the house is top notch and you will want for nothing. The location is great with short walks to town and beach. Will be booking again.

A handsome, quiet, spacious and well-located house which was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics & lots of utensils and the beds were comfortable. Close to the town and beach but tucked away in a quiet corner.

On top of it all, the location right in the middle of Cromer and near the sea was fantastic – private but so close to everything. Cromer is a great seaside town with plenty of atmosphere.
