‘No one ever regretted waking up in Norfolk’ was always our saying. After a long and busy week at work we used to travel to Norfolk late at night. Andrea was working in her native Glasgow and some weeks I would pick her up at Stansted airport on my three hour drive up from London.

We love gardening and whenever we travel we enjoy visiting not only gardens, but also garden centres and nurseries. When it’s allowed, or practical, we even bring plants and seeds home with us and these act as a wonderful reminder of our holidays as they flourish and grow.
